Yes, the price includes the ingredients used for the preparation of the dishes.
We adapt to the standards of holiday accommodations. Normally check-in takes place after noon and check-out before noon.
We work with pre-established menus to facilitate daily planning and so that you have an idea of the type of food we prepare in the Full Day service. However, these menus are just a guide to build the final menu according to your tastes, needs and the length of your stay.
You can check all the menus available in this service in case you find a dish that you would like to try and that is not in the option of your preference.
We work with pre-established dishes, however, we are open to receive your requests, as long as they fit the type of cuisine and budget of this service.
If you want a more elaborate type of cuisine or a special evening, do not hesitate to book the Chef Table experience in our Atelier gastronomic workshop or book for a Luxury Dinner! at your holiday residence.
The type of cuisine we make for this service is designed for the whole family. If you want us to fit a particular meal or dish we will be happy to please you. Similarly, if there is an ingredient that children do not like, we can change it for another.
Keep in mind that the portions and price for children under 10 years of age are appropriate to their average intake. Therefore, they have a 50% discount.
*Children under 3 years old are not included in the service.
We want to offer you the best service and the freshest products in the area, so it is very important to maintain our commitment to suppliers and farmers, as well as ensuring efficient service planning.
If you cannot come and you notify us at least 30 days before the check-in date, we will refund you 50% of the deposit. Please review our booking cancellation policy for full details.
Yes, you can make the second payment with a card, in which case you must notify us in advance to generate the payment link. Payment management is free if you pay in cash, otherwise it costs 5.4% of the outstanding amount.
