What does the service include?

This season at Chef’s Table we present Dominican flavors, the experience includes: – Welcome cocktail – 7-course Tasting Menu – Pairing suggestions The service will be in charge of the {Chef} Alfredo Rueda.

How does it work?

– Reservation: before booking you can download the menu of this season 2023, it is available below

– Personalization: we adapt our dishes according to your tastes and needs, if you have any allergies, food intolerance or do not like a particular ingredient you can tell us and we will remove it from the menu.

We offer options for vegan, vegetarian and gluten-free diets.

– Cuisine: you will enjoy our avant-garde cuisine with fresh and local ingredients.

– Service: on the day of the evening we will open for you the doors of our gastronomic workshop and our kitchen, we want you to have the opportunity to witness the whole process and enjoy a relaxed and unique experience. From the garden to your table, there will be musical atmosphere and cocktails at your disposal, in addition to being able to start a chat with Chef Alfredo Rueda about the ingredients, techniques and the preparation of the dishes.

To take into account:

– The Chef’s Table service is reserved for a minimum of 2 people and a maximum of 8 people. * If you come in a group you can book for 10 people, write to us to manage your request. – The chef table is one, you will share with other diners during the evening. – Normally the service time is at 8:00 PM (20:00), you must arrive on time. If your booking changes schedule we’ll let you know in advance. – Drinks and wines are not included. We offer beers, wines, Dominican rum and cocktails during the meal. – The corkage service is paid at the end of the evening, it has a price of $ 7 USD. – When you book we charge you a deposit of $10 per seat/diner, the outstanding amount is paid on the day of the service (in cash). – Check our bookings cancellation policy.

We need a list of ingredients to avoid according to the needs and tastes of the diners. Please, you must be very specific in the list of ingredients that generate health problems for you (allergies or intolerances).

Frequently Asked Questions

Our Atelier is located in the area of Playa Cosón, Las Terrenas.
The Chef’s Table experience is only available upon reservation, after booking we will send you the exact address of our location. If you wish, you can request a shuttle service* (round trip) from anywhere in Las Terrenas.

*This service must be requested in advance, if requested on the same day it will be subject to availability, see info.

With the reservation we include wine suggestions to accompany each dish. We offer wines by the glass* in our facilities. If you want to drink a specific wine you can bring it and we will take care of the corkage*.

*Not included in the price. The corkage has a value of $7 USD.

We work with pre-established dishes in each season, however, we are open to receive your requests, you would have to write to us before booking to study your request and offer you a proposal.

We have adaptations of our dishes according to each condition. Write to us before booking and we will send you a menu that suits your needs. If you prefer to book to ensure the date do it without hesitation, we have extensive experience preparing vegan dishes.

No, the menu for this service is the same for children and adults. What we can do is adapt the desired dish by removing or replacing a specific ingredient.

We recommend this service only for adults or children over 12 years of age.

If you cannot come and you notify us at least 7 days in advance, we can change the date so that you can come another time. We don’t refund the seat reservation because we work with few diners, if you don’t come the table remains empty and we lose the opportunity for others to reserve.

Yes, you can make the second payment with a card, in which case you must notify us in advance to generate the payment link. Payment management is free if you pay in cash, otherwise it costs 5.4% of the outstanding amount.

If you are a local and it is easier for you to pay in Dominican pesos, we have no problem. We perform the calculation according to the currency exchange of the Banco Central Dominicano.

Only applies for the second payment (pending payment) or bookings via WhatsApp with local bank transfers.
