– Reservation: before booking you can download the menu for this 2024 season, it is available below
– Flexibility: during the booking process you will have the opportunity to select from the available dishes so that all diners are satisfied with the menu.
You can choose 2 options of starters, 2 options of main courses and 1 option of dessert. Only one option per person will be served.
– Personalization: we adapt our dishes according to your tastes and needs, if you have any allergies, food intolerance or do not like a particular ingredient you can tell us and we will remove it from the menu.
We offer options for vegan, vegetarian and gluten-free diets.
– Cuisine: we serve classic and authored cuisine, with fresh and local ingredients.
– Service: we will arrive at your residence approximately 2 hours before dinner to cook on site and prepare table service.

Leave us your information and you will be registered in our waiting list.
It is not necessary, if you still do not have it decided or prefer to consult with your guests we can wait. The only thing you should keep in mind is that we need that information at least 3 days before the date.
When you make the reservation you will receive an email with a link through which you can send us the menu options you have selected.
The selection of dishes is made in advance, that is, when we go to your residence we already have to know what are the options chosen.
From the menu options you can select two starter options and two main course options.
Each diner will eat an appetizer + a main course + a dessert.
For example, let’s say there are 10 diners and at the beginning you select the “Goat cheese toast” for 6 of them and the “Candied octopus” for the rest (4 people); while as a main course you choose “Mahi-Mahi in mango and ginger jam” for 3 people and the “Beef fillet in black mole” for the other 7.
The dessert selected would be the same for the 10 diners.
We work with pre-established dishes in each season, however, we are open to receive your requests, you would have to write to us before booking to study your request and offer you a proposal.
We have adaptations of our dishes according to each condition. Write to us before booking and we will send you a menu that suits your needs. If you prefer to book to ensure the date do it without hesitation, we have extensive experience preparing vegan dishes.
We do not prepare a special menu, the menu for this service is the same for children and adults. What we can do is adapt the desired dish by removing or replacing a specific ingredient.
We want to offer you the best service and the freshest products in the area, so it is very important to maintain our commitment to suppliers and farmers, in addition to ensuring an efficient planning of each service.
If you cannot come and notify you at least 30 days before the date of the reservation we will refund 50% of the deposit.

Yes, you can make the second payment with a card, in which case you must notify us in advance to generate the payment link. Payment management is free if you pay in cash, otherwise it costs 5.4% of the outstanding amount.

Magical evening! We hired Itinerante to come to our Airbnb for a 7 course luxury meal for my 40th birthday where Chef Luis Alfredo and his team prepared a delicious and memorable meal. Amazing and memorable dinner! We had the team come to our Airbnb to cook a 3 course Anniversary dinner and the food was excellent.
